[C] Terms and Conditions

Development Charges (EDC+ IDC] will be charged on pro-rated per Unit as applicable to this Township/Group Housing colony. In case of any revision, the same would be recovered on pro- rata basis from the Applicant/Allottee.
GST, TDS any other tax and cess as applicable would be payable by the customer as per demand.
Electricity Installation Charges, Maintenance Charges, Meter Connection Charges and other charges will be charged extra and shall be paid before the possession.
